Benex Philosophy

Commitment to High Win Rates

Looking around the store, you'll see smiling faces of customers walking with arms full of prizes. That is the everyday scene and the greatest defining feature of Benex. The essence of enjoying claw machines is, after all, the thrill of that moment when you say, "I got it!" "Never let someone who took the time to visit leave empty-handed." This high payout rate is not just wishful thinking; it is our pride, made possible by both our "corporate system" that returns profits to customers and our "staff's passion" to ensure everyone leaves with a smile.

Pursuit of Gameplay

The stars of the claw machine are our players. That is why we carefully assess prize characteristics and customer demographics to thoughtfully decide where to place them and how to configure each machine. For beginners, machines with a higher element of luck that provide excitement. For advanced players, highly strategic machines where skill and passion are rightfully rewarded. We provide an environment where "the better you get, the more you win," approach those who are struggling to strategize together, and share the joy the moment they win. That is our dedicated approach to game design and customer service.

An overwhelming scale that creates the extraordinary

Our region-leading number of machines is all for our customers' "joy of choosing" and "encountering unexpected treasures." Every time you walk across our vast floor, you discover, "They even have this prize!" That treasure-hunt-like excitement is what Benex is all about. Because we offer such a rich variety of genres, we can provide a time that captivates everyone, from young children to adults. Not just an ordinary arcade, but a special "destination" where you can escape everyday life. Within this overwhelming scale, we constantly create fresh surprises and smiles.

An unwavering sense of security: "Always here for you"

"I want to play today." Whenever that moment strikes, our doors are always open and waiting for you. Being open year-round until late at night is our commitment to being close to the daily lives of local communities and remaining an oasis where you can unwind. We welcome you with the same bright smiles and vibrant energy no matter when you visit. This unwavering sense of security is the foundation of trust in Benex.

Stress-Free Experiential Value

"We want you to play to your heart's content without worrying about time." "We want you to be able to take home all the prizes you won with ease." Our vast free parking lot is part of creating a stress-free environment that turns those wishes into reality. From arrival to departure, we pursue a comfortable experience in every aspect so our customers can focus purely on the fun of claw machines.

Benex Values

Ownership

Taking that extra step.

Not "someone will do it," but "I will do it." Our crew always takes personal ownership. Without being confined to assigned roles, we find what we can do for our guests and colleagues on our own and take action. Taking that proactive, decisive step forward is what creates the ultimate entertainment and drives Benex forward.

Customer Value

Making guests want to come back.

Our standard for every action is simple: "Will our guests want to come back when they leave?" Without relying solely on high prize-win rates, creating emotional moments through our own customer service is the greatest challenge Benex takes on moving forward. A pleasant greeting, a clean floor, and an attitude of figuring out winning strategies together with guests. Never satisfied with the status quo, we will thoroughly elevate these fundamental standards from here on.

Teamwork

Achieving as a team.

Solid teamwork is essential to delivering the highest level of hospitality on our overwhelmingly large floors. With mutual respect, supporting each other especially during busy times, and passing the baton for the smiles of our guests. One person's positive attitude empowers teammates, elevating the quality of service across the entire store. Goals that cannot be reached alone, we surpass together through the power of our team.
